The Bronfman Fellowship (12th Grade)

Selected as one of 26 fellows from across the globe for a highly-regarded, fully-funded program exploring Jewish thought, philosophy, ethics, and pluralism. Participated in immersive summer seminars and continued year-round monthly engagement through text study, dialogue, and leadership development via Zoom with scholars and peers. Attended 4-week residential program in MD and NY. Will attend 5-day residential leadership and ethics seminars in Berkeley, CA in January 2026 and at an East Coast location in March 2026 .

James Madison Program/Tikvah Scholars

Aug 2025, 6-8 hrs/day

Princeton University

Participated in selective 10-day residential summer institute for pre-college students. Studied Jewish philosophy, biblical texts, and political theory through rigorous seminars led by leading academics and intellectuals.

NSLI-Y Virtual Intensive Arabic Language and Culture Program

Sept-Nov 2024, 33 hours/month

Awarded a full scholarship by the U.S. State Department to study Arabic language and culture. Successfully completed the program, which consisted of intensive virtual classes in Modern Standard Arabic, small-group conversation practice with native speakers, cultural workshops, and seminars on Middle Eastern history and society.

Rutgers vWISE Program in Molecular Biology & Bioinformatics

Rutgers University

Selected for 2-week virtual STEM program through Waksman Student Scholars. Analyzed DNA sequences of Landoltia punctata. Submitted my vetted sequences for publication in the international GenBank database, maintained by the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI). Published sequences can be found here:

Columbia University CSPA Journalism Workshop

Attended week-long precollege writing program on the Columbia campus. Developed advanced editorial and journalistic writing skills through hands-on mentorship from professional editors.  

Columbia University Summer Immersion Program – Creative Writing

Columbia University

Completed a week-long intensive in fiction and personal narrative through Columbia’s online summer program. Engaged in daily writing workshops, peer critique sessions, and close reading of contemporary literature. Developed original work and refined storytelling craft under the guidance of Columbia faculty.

Tikvah Foundation Solomon Fellowship (11th–12th Grade)

1 hr/week

Selected as a Solomon Fellow for advanced study in Jewish philosophy, ethics, and contemporary challenges facing the Jewish world. Engaged in seminar-style learning and authored analytical essays.

Tikvah Foundation Begin Scholars Program (9th–10th Grade)

1 hr/week

Completed a two-year intensive in Jewish thought, Zionist history, and political philosophy. Participated in weekly seminars exploring foundational texts and ideas shaping modern Jewish identity and leadership.
